PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The main purpose of this role is to provide a range of organisational development services to support the implementation of key strategies for creating and sustaining a high performing organisation. The role includes but is not limited to providing advice and support which includes general Human Resources elements. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactively analyse company OD needs through client interaction
  • Select and propose a variety of OD initiatives to meet clients’ needs
  • Research, design and develop learning material for OD interventions
  • Facilitate a variety of OD interventions, including Team buildings
  • Drive and implement selected Change management initiatives
  • Provide Project management of multiple OD interventions organisation-wide
  • Assist in driving company culture through various initiatives
  • Design and coordinate High Potential leadership programs
  • Provide Coaching services to both individuals and teams
  • Provide general Human Resources support 

JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma / Degree in organisational development / social sciences
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Organisational Development & Human Resources Management
  • Sound experience in Change management facilitation
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate future trends/consequences and create innovative strategies and flexible plans
  • Sound understanding of corporate and commercial principles and processes 
  • Experience in e-learning principles will be advantageous
  • Competencies required: Ability to multitask; work under pressure; relationship building; a high level of self-motivation and ability to function independently; Deciding and initiating action; Working with people; Relating and networking; Persuading and influencing; Presenting and communicating; Analysing; Learning and researching; Planning and organising; Adapting and responding to change.
